Overdose has been a leader in delivering innovative solutions based on commercetools, and we are proud to have been recently engaged, through a mutual collaboration with commercetools, to develop commercetools InStore. Currently in live beta and being deployed across the JayCar business, commercetools InStore serves as a clienteling solution similar to a point-of-sale (POS) system. It enables store staff to raise sales orders, access comprehensive customer information—including wishlists, product recommendations, and order history—process payments, manage refunds, and more.
